work as volunteers. The only requirement is that you and your

Yes, Araluen Weston Creek Retirement Village is unique
from other Villages in that you
own your home. As such, you are able to renovate the interior
of your home to suit your needs and style.

Can I have a BBQ in my courtyard?

Yes, your personal outdoor space is an extension of
your home and you’re welcome to use this space or the communal
BBQ area to relax and entertain.

Can I have overnight or short-stay visitors?

An Independent Living Village like Araluen Weston Creek Retirement Village is a community purposefully designed to enable:
